1. Registration:

  • The new joining guidelines are:
  • Identity cards for all distributors are issued at the time of joining
  • The identity card must be carried by the Distributors New distributors should come for CNT induction
  • New/existing distributors have to update their KYC with the company:
  • The documents must carry the same name as Registered in Vestige records-
  • Aadhaar Card/Voter Card/Latest Electricity Bill, Bank passbook/Signed Bank Statements, Pan Card
  • Free order delivery is available for the first order of 30 PV or more

2. Termination:

According to the company’s policy, anybody who has not placed an order for 2 consecutive years will be given a notice period of 30 days to activate the ID

3. Grievances

New and improved customer care processes to handle the distributor’s grievances timely and efficiently. We have assigned different concerned heads to handle grievances related to different departments. Online complaints will be handled by email info@myvestige.com

4. Return Form:

The Distributors and customers who want to return the products to the company are required to fill in the details of the products which they want to return to the Customer Record/Return form These forms along with the products should be submitted to the Distributor/Company for processing as per the company’s policy.
The Products can be returned by the Customers/Distributors within 30 days of purchase and they will get a full refund/replacement.

5. E-commerce

Distributors are not allowed to sell Vestige products on any e-commerce platform. 

6. Proper Presentation of Facts:

Distributor(s) shall not exaggerate or misrepresent benefits associated with Vestige business or its products and services
The importance of hard work, consistency, and effort must be conveyed to new distributors

Violation will draw strict action against them by the Company

Distributors must abide by CODE OF ETHICS/Policies and browse through the Company website to keep themselves updated

7. Food Products Guideline

To apply for an FSSAI license all interested distributors are requested to contact their nearest Branch Offices of Vestige

8. Product Return Policy:

The customers/Distributors must contact the Distributor/Company from whom they had purchased the same, within 30 days from the date of purchase. They have to provide a reason and return the said products along with the original customer order receipt copy/ invoice. In such cases, it is the distributor’s obligation to satisfy the customer’s need for a money refund or replacement of products.

  • The Company will replace these products free of cost or if the distributor does not want the same products, the Company will give a cash voucher of the same amount, which can be used by the Distributor within 30 days for purchasing products of their choice, and

9. Buy-Back Policy:

If the Distributor resigns within 30 days from the purchase of the products, Vestige shall provide a full refund for the products to the Distributor.
The Distributor resigns from his/her distributorship after the expiry of 30 days from the date of purchase of products from Vestige, the amount refunded will be equal to distributor cost of the products being returned, less total bonus paid out by the Company on the original purchase, less 10% service charge.
The Buy-Back policy is designed to impose upon the sponsor and the Company the obligation to ensure that the distributor is buying products wisely.
