Confusion of Tongues: Genesis 11:1-9

The earth was of one tongue, and the same speech. Genesis 11:1
And when they removed from the east, they found a plain in the land of Sennaar and dwelt in it. Genesis 11:2
Each one said to his neighbour: Come, let us make brick, and bake them of stones, and slime instead of mortar. Genesis 11:3
And they said: Come, let us make a city and a tower, the top whereof may reach to heaven: and let us make our name famous before we are scattered abroad into all lands. Genesis 11:4
And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of Adam were building. Genesis 11:5
And he said: Behold, it is one people, and all have one tongue: and they have begun to do this, neither will they leave off from their designs, till they accomplish them indeed. Genesis 11:6
Come ye, therefore, let us go down, and there may not understand one another’s speech. Genesis 11:7

Who had wrought confusion?

If a man lies with his stepmother, and discover the nakedness of his father, let them both be put to death: their blood is upon them. Leviticus 20:11
If any man lies with his daughter in law, let both die, because they have done a heinous crime: their blood be upon them. Leviticus 20:12

Where confusion is?

Who is a wise man, and endued with knowledge among you? Let him shew, by a good conversation, his work in the meekness of wisdom. James 3:13
